The refill will only be provided if there is a drop between the start count and the end count. If your followers drop Above the start count, no refill will be provided.

First, reach the start count of followers, and then we will provide the refill

Start Count: 1,000

Order Quantity: 500

End Count: 1,500 (Drop: 300 from 1,500)

Drop: 300 (Eligible for refill of 300)
